Any late or missed payments will be subject to a late fee of 2% compounding monthly, equaling 24% annually, starting from the payment due date. Attendee will not be permitted to attend the Retreat until full payment has been received.

I. If for any reason Host is required to cancel the Retreat, except in the case of Force Majeure as set out below, Host will provide Attendee with as much notice as possible and will refund the Deposit and any payments made towards the Cost as soon as possible. Host confirms that except in the case of Force Majeure, Host will not cancel the Retreat on less than 30 days’ notice.

II. In order to facilitate the Retreat, a minimum of 7 attendees must register for the Retreat. In the event the minimum number of attendees do not register, Host may, in its sole discretion, and on not less than 30 days’ written notice, cancel the Retreat. In the event of cancellation by Host, Host will provide Attendee with a complete refund, including Deposit, within 14 days of Host’s cancellation notice.

III. If the Retreat is cancelled by Host for any reason, Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Host is not responsible for reimbursing any incidental expenses incurred by Attendee, including but not limited to, cancelling or rescheduling related travel costs, including airfare, hotels or car rentals.

IV. In the event Host is required to cancel the Retreat as a result of Force Majeure, Attendee will not be entitled to any refund of the Deposit. Further, Attendee will not be entitled to any other payments made to Host towards the Cost, in an amount at least equal to the costs incurred by Host up to the date of cancellation, and such amount will be determined at the sole discretion of Host. It is highly recommended that Attendee obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect against this risk.

50% refund if cancelled 90-120 days prior to the Retreat start date

25% refund if cancelled 60-89 days prior to the Retreat start date

No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the Retreat start date

I. Purchase of Travel Medical Insurance is Mandatory.

You can purchase your insurance from LM Movement Travel Ltd.

Attendee is required to obtain medical insurance for the duration of the Retreat (including all travel days) with such insurance to include personal injury, emergency medical expenses and evacuation coverage. Such documents should be provided to Host prior to departure. Should a medical emergency occur, Host is in no way liable or responsible to pay for any medical costs incurred by Attendee.

I. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond travel dates.

II. Entry Visa for Egypt is required. Some countries require a visa before entry and others can be purchased upon entry.
